About The Position

The Shift Lead 2 provides superior customer service and supports the General Manager across retail operations to help ensure the store operates at optimal performance. The role serves customers with pool and spa care needs, processes sales transactions, helps maintain the store environment and supports merchandising and inventory control. It also includes opening and closing duties, including making bank deposits.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or currently be attending high school.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Have customer service or retail experience.
• Be able to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Have excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Be able to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits.
• Support the General Manager in retail operations.
