This role requires full-time onsite presence when managing employees whose responsibilities necessitate onsite work. We are seeking a Shift 4 Shift Group Leader (SGL)/Manufacturing Operations Manager (OM) to join the Wafer Packaging Manufacturing (WPM) New Mexico Die Sort (NM DS) team to be a key manufacturing leader managing Compressed Work Week (CWW) Technicians on Shift 4. As a Manufacturing Operations Manager/Shift GL, you will play a critical role in ensuring Intel's manufacturing facilities operate efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality products. Leading a team of skilled technicians, you will oversee operations, equipment maintenance, and repair activities to drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will take ownership of key challenges, resolve operational issues, and collaborate across groups to streamline processes, improve performance, and support Intel's mission of advancing technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to Intel's Foundry and Advanced Packaging success while fostering innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. This position is for a CWW schedule on Shift 4. The schedule will consist of three 12.5-hour shifts in a row plus a fourth shift every other week, with some additional periodic flexibility required for off-shift coverage or meetings. The standard days/hours for this specific role are 7:00 PM-7:30 AM Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other Saturday.
