About The Position
Under direct supervision, support field, records, major crimes, and custody operations by performing a variety of law enforcement clerical and semi-paraprofessional work.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent GED certificate.
- Possession of a valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to the County's driving policy or the ability to acquire one within 10 days of appointment.
- Responses to supplemental questions required
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Law Enforcement Explorer, a Department of Justice ROP student, or similar is encouraged but not required.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in law enforcement.
