Shelve Your Stack (Paid Data Task, Remote, Contract)

Kled AI•, CA

1d•$13 - $17•Remote

About The Position

Kled is offering a paid, remote data task through its iPhone app. Participants film themselves selecting, categorizing, and shelving books, then upload the clip and a still image of the completed shelf. Participants choose their own sorting rule and work on their own schedule. This is piecework as an independent contractor, not an employment position; there is no interview or minimum-hours requirement. Each submission is reviewed, and only accepted submissions are paid. Participants opt in to a commercial training license for each upload; accepted submissions are licensed to AI labs.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have an iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later; the Kled app is currently iPhone-only.
Use the phone camera inside the Kled app.
Follow the task’s recording and submission rules; submissions that break the rules are not paid.

Responsibilities

Prop the phone steadily and keep faces out of frame.
Sort a stack of books and shelve them according to a rule of the participant’s choice.
Record the shelving process without cutting the clip or pre-sorting the books before recording.
Upload the clip and a still image of the finished shelf.
Follow the task brief and on-screen instructions in the Kled app.
