The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or Bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university preferably in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field of study. A graduate degree from an accredited program/university in a related field is preferred. Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Behavior Intervention are required. A minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training is required, with two (2) plus years preferred. The role involves supervising shift schedules, monitoring zone supervisors, assisting with new child and staff orientation, providing input into treatment plans, maintaining knowledge of child management techniques, planning and supervising activities for children, maintaining a secure campus environment, being a positive role model, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, implementing safety protocols, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding professional and ethical standards.
