We are searching for the best talent for Shell Fab Operator. You will be responsible for: Completes routine tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Product & Packaging Operations unit under direct supervision, and closely follows established standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Follows technical manuals to troubleshoot and verify proper set-up and functionality of packaging equipment. Reports and documents unsafe equipment conditions to higher management. Restocks packaging materials into machines to maximize efficiency. Moves packaging material to different locations on the packaging line. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
