About The Position
The Sheetmetal Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and will coordinate efforts with production teams to achieve the planned work and production goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Must possess a current and active FAA A&P License.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Operations activities between shifts.
- Perform hangar audits.
- Provide technical support as required.
- Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- All other duties as assigned.
