We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sheetfed Press Feeder with extensive Heidelberg XL105/106 perfecting experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work, and brings a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Requirements

• Extensive Heidelberg XL105/106 perfecting experience
• Five or more years of sheetfed printing or related experience
• Ability to set up and run all assigned jobs
• Strong attention to detail combined with solid mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supporting press make-readies
• Feeding the press efficiently to consistently meet production targets
• Performing quality checks on printed sheets to identify imperfections and maintain high product quality
• Completing required press maintenance
• Troubleshooting issues effectively while meeting production standards and deadlines
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery, equipment, and work areas to support safe and efficient operations
• Learning to operate the Didde/Web press as required
