About The Position

The Sheeter Operator is responsible for running a sheeter which converts roll stock to sheets for the presses. This role is a safety-sensitive position requiring the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. The operator will work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people, and must be able to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles. The position also requires the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Control operations of the sheeter
• Produce quality cut sheets at set production standards
• Maintain records for evaluation of production
• Establish technical skills to support our sheeting operation
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective and safety equipment and devices that are required, and comply with company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
