Responsibilities

• Subfloor Preparation: Sweep, scrape, patch, and sand subfloors to create a smooth, properly prepared surface. Identify and correct imperfections that could telegraph through the finished vinyl. Apply skim coats or leveling compounds when needed. Ensure the subfloor is properly prepared before installation.
• Measuring, Cutting & Fitting: Accurately measure and cut sheet vinyl. Precisely fit material around corners, pipes, cabinetry, and other obstacles. Create clean, tight-fitting installations. Properly align and finish seams for a seamless, professional appearance.
• Adhesive Application: Select and properly apply the appropriate adhesives. Ensure a strong, long-lasting bond between the vinyl and subfloor. Follow manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
• Finishing & Detail Work: Roll newly installed vinyl to eliminate air bubbles and ensure proper adhesion. Install transitions, trims, and baseboards as needed. Complete final detailing to ensure the finished installation meets our standards for quality and appearance.
