Keeping high quality in mind at all times, applies paint to various metal components in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school education
Nice To Haves
- Prior painting experience in a manufacturing setting preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Apply paint to various vent products
- Prepare surface with cleaning solution to remove oil, dust, dirt, etc.
- Use paint guns to paint product. Adjust nozzles to obtain proper dispersion of spray
- Check flow of paint
- Bake product to cure coating
- Inspect product for flaws and bubbles
- Performs inspection prior to and after cure process
- Follows required cure procedures
- Clean all equipment at the end of shift
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist packing area as needed
- Other duties as assigned
