About The Position
A manufacturing company is hiring individuals to operate machinery used to cut, form, and process sheet metal components. The role includes preparing and measuring metal materials, producing components to specifications, inspecting completed parts, and assisting with machine adjustments and material handling. Full-time openings are available on the 1st and 2nd shifts. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The position is described as long-term temp-to-hire.
Requirements
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
Nice To Haves
- Sheet metal, fabrication, or machine operating experience is preferred.
- Experience with a press brake, punch press, shear, or laser is a plus.
