We are hiring a fabrication machine operator for our night shift. Requirements
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines. You should be able to demonstrate that proficiency.
- Reliability. Showing up on schedule matters here and we recognize the people who do it consistently.
- A practical mindset toward quality and improvement. If you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it.
- Must be able to read work instructions, fill out basic paperwork, and talk with your supervisor in English.
- Pre-employment background check, drug screen (excludes THC/marijuana), and physical required.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and program CNC sheet metal equipment including Press Brake, Punch Press, Turret Press, and Laser machines
- Cross-train across multiple machines over time, building a broader skill set with each one
- Hold tight tolerances and take ownership of the quality of your work
- Identify problems early and flag them before they become bigger issues on the line
