About The Position

If you take pride in turning raw materials into precision-built components and you know your way around fabrication and welding equipment, this is your opportunity to do hands-on work that matters every day. We’re hiring a Welder / Fabricator to set up and operate fabrication and welding equipment to produce high-quality steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components built to exact specifications.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of welding and fabrication experience
Strong blueprint reading ability
Experience with fabrication/welding equipment
Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Comfortable performing basic math (fractions, decimals, measurements)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow technical instructions

Nice To Haves

Alloy experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Set up and operate fabrication equipment (cold saws, Bridgeport mills, shears, brake presses, welding machines)
Perform welding, grinding, deburring, and finishing work
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine machine maintenance and support uptime
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support production flow and continuous improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
