About The Position

The Sheet Metal Fabricator II position for Pall Aeropower Corporation is responsible for producing components and custom fabrications to blueprint and work instruction specifications. This position is part of the Fabrication department and will be located in New Port Richey, FL. Our mission is to solve our customers' biggest filtration, separation, and purification challenges. And, in doing so, advance health, safety and environmentally responsible technologies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or local equivalent (i.e., GED)
• Two years of precision sheet metal fabrication experience
• Understand and use all measuring equipment (calipers, height gauge, etc.)
• Proficient with shop math
• This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

Nice To Haves

• Utilizing computer/computer applications to access work instructions.
• Aerospace sheet metal fabrication experience

Responsibilities

• Setup machinery related to the area (shear, deburring equipment, brake press, etc.) and perform preventative maintenance as required
• Produce, measure, and fabricate complex parts to ensure compliance to blueprint and work instruction specifications using various hand and power tools
• Operate shear, deburring equipment, brake press, etc.
