About The Position

Join RenewAire, a company focused on building high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems for hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings. This role involves operating cutting-edge equipment such as lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotic systems in a climate-controlled, clean, and safety-focused facility to craft high-quality components. The position offers flexible scheduling with options for four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, with start times between 5:00 am and 6:00 am.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years operating metal fabrication equipment (laser, punch, press brake, etc.)(Press and Trumpf)
1+ years of manufacturing experience
Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Basic computer and math skills
Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
A strong communicator who’s proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented
Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).
1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions
The ability to frequently lift up 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
