Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server administration
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or JSON for basic UI customization and list formatting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and basic Power Automate workflows
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing SharePoint information architecture, including navigation, content types, and metadata strategies
  • Experience with Power Platform such as Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI, including solution governance
  • Experience in SharePoint governance, security controls, compliance, and lifecycle management
  • Experience with migration tools such as SharePoint Migration Manager or ShareGate and modernization of classic sites
  • Ability to develop custom solutions using SPFx, REST APIs, or advanced automation
  • Possession of excellent stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Site configuration, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, views, and metadata
  • Gathering requirements and translating business needs into SharePoint solutions
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint issues, including permissions, performance, and broken inheritance
