Requirements

5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server administration
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or JSON for basic UI customization and list formatting
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and basic Power Automate workflows
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems

Nice To Haves

Experience designing SharePoint information architecture, including navigation, content types, and metadata strategies
Experience with Power Platform such as Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI, including solution governance
Experience in SharePoint governance, security controls, compliance, and lifecycle management
Experience with migration tools such as SharePoint Migration Manager or ShareGate and modernization of classic sites
Ability to develop custom solutions using SPFx, REST APIs, or advanced automation
Possession of excellent stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

Site configuration, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, views, and metadata
Gathering requirements and translating business needs into SharePoint solutions
Troubleshoot SharePoint issues, including permissions, performance, and broken inheritance
