  • Experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps (canvas apps and custom forms) and Power Automate (approvals, notifications, routing, and data updates).
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint security concepts (permissions, groups, inheritance) and governance best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, design pragmatic solutions, and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with documentation, testing, and controlled changes to production solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Excel for data handling.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing SharePoint information architecture and content management solutions (content types, managed metadata, retention labels, search optimization).
  • Experience integrating SharePoint with Power BI or building reports using SharePoint list data.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) groups and enterprise access patterns.
  • Experience with migration or modernization efforts (SharePoint Designer to Power Automate; classic to modern experiences).
  • Understanding of Section 508 / accessibility considerations for forms and digital content.
  • Prior experience supporting internal systems in federal, regulated, or compliance‑driven environments with formal governance and documentation expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and enhance SharePoint Online sites and site collections to support PMO governance, project delivery, ATG initiatives, and internal operations.
  • Define and maintain information architecture, navigation, permissions, and site structures aligned with PCI‑TMS standards.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint lists and libraries, including metadata, views, content types, and records/retention considerations.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and automation using Power Automate; modernize or support legacy SharePoint Designer workflows as required.
  • Create and maintain Power Apps (custom forms and lightweight applications) integrated with SharePoint data sources to support tracking, approvals, and data collection.
  • Implement and support SharePoint governance practices, including security and least‑privilege access, change control, documentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Support auditing, internal reviews, and compliance activities by maintaining traceable configurations and documented solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with PCI‑TMS policies, federal customer expectations, and applicable accessibility standards.
  • Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and (as applicable) Power BI.
  • Partner with PMO staff to enable project tracking, deliverable management, metrics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with ATG to support innovation, prototyping, and internal technology enablement efforts.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support for SharePoint sites, lists, workflows, and Power Apps.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and defects (permissions issues, automation failures, form errors, performance concerns) and perform root‑cause analysis.
  • Conduct functional and regression testing; validate solutions against requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation (solution configurations, workflows, data models, administration procedures).
  • Develop user guides, job aids, and internal training materials.
  • Provide stakeholder support, training, and knowledge transfer; recommend continuous improvements based on usage trends and feedback.
