About The Position
Everforth ECS is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support corporate-wide operations as part of the Corporate IT Department. This role will primarily focus on maintaining and enhancing ongoing system development processes, designing and developing solutions for new business requirements, and supporting corporate business POCs. The developer will also be responsible for creating customized SharePoint sites, developing workflows, administering access, and troubleshooting user issues.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate business POCs to maintain and enhance ongoing system development processes, as well as design and develop solutions for new business requirements.
- Develop and implement forms in support of corporate business processes.
- Create customized SharePoint sites in support of corporate and contract teams.
- Develop workflows to support review and approval processes for a variety of corporate business functions.
- Administer SharePoint access and customize site permissions to meet user requirements.
- Troubleshoot user issues.
- Provide architecture, development and administration.
- Provide problem resolution with a complete end-to-end solution.
- Act as a key escalation point for our IT Service Desk responsible for resolving end-user incidents, fulfilling service catalog requests and ensuring the SharePoint environment remains stable, secure, and user-friendly.
