Our challenge We are seeking a talented and experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Microsoft SharePoint Online 365 platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and scripting to create automation workflows and custom integrations to enhance business processes and collaboration. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, and libraries to meet business requirements. Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop to streamline business processes. Build and maintain custom Power Apps and leverage Dataverse for data management and application development. Create and manage Power Automate custom connectors for seamless integration with external systems. Write and maintain PowerShell scripts using PowerShell 7 for automation, deployment, and environment configuration. Develop custom integrations and automations using Python where applicable. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the SharePoint and Power Platform environment. Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are applied across solutions. Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for existing solutions and workflows. Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint Online and Power Platform features and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online 365 and its core features.
Strong knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell 7 scripting.
Familiarity with Dataverse and SharePoint Lists for data storage and management.
Experience developing custom connectors and integrating various systems via Power Automate.
Proficiency in Python programming for automation and data manipulation tasks.
Knowledge of best practices for SharePoint customization, security, and governance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with other Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Power BI, etc.
Understanding of APIs and external system integrations.
Knowledge of current industry trends related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
