About The Position

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a SharePoint Developer (Junior) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or a related functional area; OR Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; OR Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience translating business requirements into Power Platform solutions.
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and implementing applications utilizing Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform Suite (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and SharePoint.
  • Experience developing custom applications leveraging PowerApps technologies including connectors, forms, and flows.
  • Strong understanding of M365, SharePoint, distribution lists, permission groups, and system access management.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
  • Microsoft SharePoint/Web Design/Security+ certification(s) preferred.
  • Understanding of data security, including row-level security and data sensitivity.
  • Experience preparing and exploring data models, organizing and analyzing data, and creating reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights and present data-driven solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Support SEA 05 SharePoint Online (SPO) operations by assisting with site administration, functional site maintenance, permissions management, and compliance across assigned SharePoint environments.
  • Assist with management of NAVSEA site collections, group-level private sites, functional sites, and shared administrative controls to ensure proper configuration and operational continuity.
  • Support user access management, permissions tracking, administrative assignments, and compliance with NAVSEA ACIO guidance, policies, and site governance requirements.
  • Maintain SharePoint documentation, site records, administrative controls, data storage monitoring, backup support, and site configuration tracking for functional and private sites.
  • Assist with data storage allocation management, site ownership assignments, and support for Group “Who We Are and What We Do” pages and related organizational information updates.
  • Support development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Office 365-based workflows under senior developer guidance.
  • Assist with creation of forms, connectors, flows, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve process automation and business operations across SEA 05 organizations.
  • Help gather business requirements, collect data, and support preparation of reports, dashboards, and visualization tools for leadership and functional users.
  • Maintain compliance with SharePoint security controls, permissions structures, and data sensitivity requirements while supporting user adoption and system improvements.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
