About The Position

Candidate will work closely with a diverse client project team responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining SharePoint and web site development requirements across multiple organizations, networks, and platforms. This includes assessments/consultations on design of SharePoint tools and applications as well as development/management of SharePoint sites and their Operations and Maintenance (O&M). Depending on current team needs, responsibilities may include: manage and track requirements; identify and document system scope and objectives; design, code, test, debug, and document new sites or tools; prepare detailed design specifications; represent activities in design reviews and demonstrations; and interface with senior management. Requirements

• Positions require U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or an IT discipline commensurate with the development skills necessary to perform this job
• SharePoint Site Collection Administrator Certification
• Minimum 6 years (with minimum 3 years in the IC) integrating, deploying, maintaining, and development of SharePoint/web applications
• demonstrated experience in multiple programming languages, layers of the application stack, and modern integration techniques
• Identify, assess, document, and validate SharePoint and web requirements
• Design new/redesign existing SharePoint and web site user interface, storage, and workflow architectures
• Design new/redesign existing SharePoint application tools to add new features, optimize, scale, or improve stability and performance
• Maintain SharePoint and web sites and provide content management support to content owners
• Web Application Development: SharePoint Designer, Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), JavaScript (JS), jQuery, Collaborative Application Markup Language (CAML), HTML, BootStrap, REST/AJAX

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Talkabout, Joomla, and creating vector graphics is desired
