About The Position

The SharePoint / Web Services Support Analyst will support, maintain, and enhance the client's SharePoint Online, Nintex, Power Apps, and Power Automate applications used throughout the district. This role provides full lifecycle support, including troubleshooting workflows, developing enhancements, supporting end users, and partnering with the team to maintain mission‑critical applications. The analyst will also collaborate with district leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure application reliability. This role is intentionally structured to evolve into a future leadership position as part of the client's succession plan, requiring someone who is both technically curious and people‑mature. The position is onsite in Nashville with visibility across the district.

Requirements

SharePoint Online support and administration
hands‑on experience with Nintex Forms and Workflow
capability with Power Apps and Power Automate
ability to read and interpret SQL
understand workflow logic
perform root‑cause analysis on application issues
Strong O365 proficiency—including Teams, Groups, and Excel

Nice To Haves

Power BI familiarity
CMS exposure
basic scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell)
general comfort with low‑code/no‑code architecture
Experience in public sector, education, or customer‑oriented environments
Early leadership experience—formal or informal
