About The Position

The SharePoint Developer primary responsibilities are to define, develop, configure, and implement Office 365 enterprise application solutions. Provide technical and business expertise in Office 365 applications to drive efficiencies, system integration, data integrity and governance improvements and solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting or developing enterprise applications and intranet solutions, following established best practices for business collaboration systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Power Automate (Flow), PowerApps, Teams, and Excel in an enterprise environment.
  • Practical experience using HTML and CSS to support web-based or intranet solutions.
  • Proven UX design experience, with the ability to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
  • Demonstrated success communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Consistent record of delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to resolve complex technical and business challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving background, with a track record of applying sound judgment to evaluate options and implement effective solutions.
  • Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Works with functional areas and departments to analyze their requirements and translate them into technical solutions while overseeing quality assurance and functional testing activities.
  • Perform SharePoint development, customization and integration efforts for enterprise application solutions involving departmental collaboration sites, enterprise search content management, and forms workflow.
  • Understand the Microsoft O365 solution stack and have a thorough understanding of enterprise application integration.
  • Identify new areas and business processes where O365/SharePoint can be leveraged and facilitate continual process improvement.
  • Promote user adoption through employee training and preparation of self-help materials, consultation and support of existing SharePoint and Office 365 functionality.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint site collections, document libraries, lists, and site pages.
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
