This position will support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions supporting the Enterprise Defense Architecture and Technology (EDAT) mission. The developer will work with government and contractor stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that improve workflow automation, data management, reporting, and collaboration. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Security+ Certification Required
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing or administering Microsoft SharePoint and/or Power Platform solutions.
• Experience developing automated workflows and business process solutions.
• Experience working with data sources, relational data concepts, and APIs/integrations.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance as required by the position.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting DoD, USSOCOM, or other federal government environments.
• Experience developing solutions within a controlled or classified government environment.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Power Platform Dataverse.
• Experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, or other technologies used to extend Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience with SharePoint governance, permissions, site architecture, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security concepts.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and external data sources.
• Experience using Agile or other structured software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, pages, permissions, metadata, content types, and workflows.
• Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes, notifications, approvals, data synchronization, and recurring tasks.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and management-level decision-making.
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and other authorized enterprise data sources.
• Develop solutions that improve personnel, staffing, onboarding, workflow tracking, task management, reporting, and other EDAT business processes.
• Translate functional requirements and user needs into technical solutions, including data models, workflows, forms, dashboards, and automated processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, permissions, data, and integration issues.
• Perform testing, debugging, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Support the development and enforcement of appropriate security, access controls, data governance, and permissions within SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
• Develop technical documentation, user guides, process documentation, and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, business analysts, system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and end users to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, demonstrations, and user acceptance activities.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to improve functionality, usability, and maintainability.
• Follow established DoD, USSOCOM, and organizational cybersecurity, configuration management, data protection, and change-control requirements.
• Support migration or modernization of existing manual processes and legacy solutions into Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments.
