The Marlin Alliance is seeking a SharePoint Administrator (Classified Support) and Backup ACTR to be part of a dynamic team supporting the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I). This is an on-site role and applicants must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance is seeking to hire highly skilled individuals to support mission critical projects within the Navy. Using your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to support Navy mission owners in their digital transformation journey. This role is on-site in San Diego, CA Ke y Roles and Responsibilities: SharePoint Administration (Primary): Administer, maintain, and secure SharePoint environments (2019/SE) on classified networks (SIPR), including user profile configuration, search setup, and routine maintenance. Design, develop, and implement new applications, workflows, and processes based on client requirements, leveraging SharePoint, PowerApps, and Nintex. Deliver responsive SharePoint and PowerApps development support, providing targeted enhancements and technical solutions. Manage and support special projects, including site migrations (e.g., to IL6), workflow redesigns, and folder management. Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users on SharePoint functionalities. Serve as the backup for the Unclassified SharePoint Administrator as needed. Backup ACTR Support (Secondary): Provide first-level NMCI technical support and guidance to end-users. Assist in coordinating the delivery and management of NMCI services, including the preparation of Move Add Change (MAC) requests and user account management. Monitor, report, and escalate NMCI issues to the Customer Technical Representative (CTR) Office. Track and manage IT assets (unclassified and secret); assist with ordering equipment, software, and services. Maintain NMCI ACTR competency by completing all required training. General Duties: Collaborate across teams to resolve incidents and improve IT infrastructure. Support other Director of Operations tasking as assigned.
