About The Position

On behalf of a partner company, Nordic Investin is looking for a Shared Services Finance Lead. This role involves standardizing finance processes without losing the service understanding required by the businesses that depend on them. The partner is developing a shared finance service across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting. The lead will improve service quality, process ownership, and automation while creating a clear operating relationship with business units and specialist finance teams. Finance leadership is expected to protect trust in the numbers while improving the quality and pace of business decisions. Strong performance combines control, commercial judgment, clear priorities, and development of the people delivering the work. The role offers the scale to make improvements visible across many teams, shaping a service that is easier to use, easier to control, and better equipped to absorb future growth.

Requirements

• Finance operations or shared services leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of transactional finance and close processes.
• Evidence of people and performance management.
• Ability to lead process improvement across organizational boundaries.
• Service mindset with strong control discipline.
• Professional English and clear stakeholder communication.
