About The Position

The Shared Services Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping the associate experience by providing responsive, accurate, and professional HR support. Serving as a primary point of contact for associates, this role provides day-to-day support for routine HR inquiries, transactions, and Associate records, ensuring timely, consistent, and high-quality service across the Associate lifecycle. The Coordinator helps foster trust and confidence in HR while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards. Working within defined processes and standard operating procedures, the Coordinator executes high-volume HR transactions, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures Associate data integrity. The role resolves routine requests using established knowledge resources, delivers consistent service aligned with operational standards, and escalates more complex matters as appropriate.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, HR shared services, or operations experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR processes, systems, and Associate data management.
  • Experience performing data entry, transaction processing, records administration, or customer support activities preferred.
  • Experience using HRIS, case management, or other business systems preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, aPHR, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for associates by responding to routine HR inquiries, providing guidance on standard processes, and delivering timely, professional, and consistent service.
  • Utilize knowledge resources and established procedures to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues as appropriate.
  • Execute high-volume HR transactions and Associate data updates, including transfers, leave-related changes, separations, and other transactional inquiries activities.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, data integrity, and compliance with established procedures and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate Associate records and documentation, ensuring data quality, completeness, and compliance with record retention and confidentiality requirements.
  • Identify and resolve routine data discrepancies when appropriate.
  • Generate standard reports, support audits, perform routine data validation activities, and assist in monitoring operational metrics related to HR operations with accuracy, timeliness, and high service delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and Centers of Excellence to support information flow and service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on process challenges and support implementation of approved process improvements.
