The Shared Living Technical Assistant supports the overall performance and quality of the Shared Living Department, with a primary focus on the Community Companion Home (CCH) program while also providing support to the Supportive Housing program as needed. This role works closely with the Shared Living Coordinator to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and person-centered service delivery across programs. The position serves as a key liaison between providers, served individuals, internal teams, and DDS. Core responsibilities include assisting with the development and implementation of individual and support plans, supporting provider licensing and training, and conducting regular (at minimum monthly) monitoring of placements to ensure quality and compliance. This role requires flexibility, travel, and the ability to collaborate across programs to maintain consistent, high-quality support for individuals in shared living settings.
