About The Position

ViaQuest is seeking individuals to become Shared Living Providers in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves opening your home to an adult with a developmental disability, providing daily support, and helping them live as independently as possible. You will receive ongoing support from the ViaQuest team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record
• Clean background checks
• Home that meets safety requirements (home assessment required)
• Proof of home/renter’s insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide a furnished bedroom and a safe, supportive environment in your home
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation
• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance
• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities
• Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff

• Tax-free annual stipend: $35,000 – $60,000
