Shared Living Manager
About The Position
ViaQuest Residential Services provides quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. This is a full-time, hybrid position with travel required throughout Ohio, offering a salary of $55,000-60,000 per year. The role involves overseeing current Shared Living Providers and their homes, assisting with the approval process of new homes and providers, and working with the Development team on referrals. The manager will ensure supports meet health, safety, and well-being standards, as well as county, state, and federal regulations. The position also includes attending networking groups and workgroup committees.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in human services/IDD industry.
- Experience and familiarity with Ohio Shared Living.
- Leadership/management experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the oversight and quality of current Shared Living Providers and their homes.
- Assist with the approval process of potential Shared Living homes and providers.
- Work with the Development team on referrals for Shared Living.
- Oversee supports provided to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
- Ensures services meet and exceed county, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Attend and participate in networking groups of area providers and workgroup committees.
