About The Position

Our Shared Living program in Kansas offers a nationally recognized model of habilitation and residential services for program participants with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/D). In our program, one to two participants share a home with a family or an individual adult's family, referred to as the contractor. The Contractor lives with the participant, providing personalized support following the participant’s person-centered support plan.

Requirements

• Ability to pass background checks and meet licensing or contractual requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside in a home that meets state and agency safety requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving, direct support, or a related field preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered care.

Responsibilities
