As a Shared Laboratory Resources Specialist, you will support the operations and customers of the Flow Cytometry Core by performing a variety of laboratory activities, including operating flow cytometers, conducting quality control (QC) on instrumentation, and providing technical support to principal investigators (PIs). Working as part of a collaborative team, you will perform daily operational procedures, maintain equipment, and lead or assist in training staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and proper equipment use. After completing initial training, you will independently set up and manage flow cytometry experiments from start to finish while using strong analytical, technical, and customer service skills to support a diverse research community.
