About The Position

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. This role involves managing inventory, ordering products, ensuring brand standards, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The position is full-time and offers opportunities for training and development within a campus team environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of food service supervisory experience is required.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent shortages.
  • Analyze inventory trends and usage patterns to optimize ordering practices, improve inventory control, and support overall cost-management objectives.
  • Manage weekly product ordering for multiple locations, ensuring inventory levels align with business demand and sales trends.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve shortages, substitutions, delivery discrepancies, and other supply chain issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of brand standards and ensure consistent execution across all operational areas.
  • Conduct and participate in monthly brand and safety audits, as well as bi-annual corporate audits.
  • Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Maintain accurate daily compliance records, including temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and sanitation documentation.
  • Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
  • Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
  • Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
  • May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
