About The Position

Exmark Manufacturing, a division of The Toro Company, has an opportunity for a Shag Truck Driver on the 3rd Shift. Exmark is the leading manufacturer of commercial mowers and equipment for the landscape professional, trusted by landscape professionals for its quality and productivity. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility by managing trailer movement and equipment.

Requirements

Must have valid CDL
Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 40 pounds occasionally

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Verifies that product which are missing parts are in a non-shippable location.
Must operate all motorized equipment in an orderly & safe manner.
Reports operating deficiencies.
Moves trailers to and from docks to final destination point.
Responsible for insuring that trailers are locked into place at dock.
Inspects truck tires, brakes, fuel, oil and water.
Make sure it is kept clean.
Reports any damage/accidents incurred during operation of tractor to maintenance and supervision.
Keeps updated log on trailer status daily.
Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved.
