This position is well‑suited for individuals with experience in: • Youth development or mentoring • Student leadership or student activities coordination • Community engagement or service programs • Cultural programming or diversity‑focused initiatives • Behavioral development, coaching, or group facilitation • Program planning, event coordination, or student support services You will collaborate closely with Counseling, Career Training, staff partners, student leaders, and community organizations to deliver meaningful programs that help young adults grow socially, emotionally, and professionally. This is an on‑site, student‑facing role that requires strong communication, organization, consistency, and the ability to foster a supportive and inclusive campus environment. Your leadership directly influences student engagement, center culture, student government effectiveness, and overall student satisfaction.
