Requirements
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Leading project services team in all aspects of projects to ensure excellence in execution.
- Ensure safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables.
- Manage daily activities and schedule of project team members.
- Advise management on contractual and business matters related to projects and subcontractors.
- Ensure Schlumberger change leadership framework is used for change management and controls.
- Participate in recruiting, talent management and mentoring of project team.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
- Assist with preparation of the final project close-out report.
