YOU ARE You are the kind of engineer who sees a manual deployment step and immediately starts thinking about how to automate it. A broken deployment can block an entire team, and you take genuine ownership of making that risk small and predictable. You move comfortably between hands-on Salesforce development and the release tooling that ships it, understanding that a good pipeline is as much a product as any Lightning component. Clear communication matters to you. When something is changing, you explain what, why, and what could go wrong, so developers, admins, and stakeholders trust the release process rather than fear it. You take pride in clean User Stories, well-organized promotion paths, and a Git history that actually tells the story of what happened. Repeatable, documented processes beat one-off fixes every time in your book. Turning a chaotic release cycle into a calm, predictable rhythm energizes you. At Synopsys, you will work with a team that takes this work seriously, where the pipelines you build directly affect how quickly and safely our Salesforce platform evolves.
