About The Position
Dutchware Gear is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Sewing Floor Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position offers a variety of duties to support the sewing floor in our outdoor gear manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Ability to work with hand tools and basic machinery
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in different production areas
- Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Responsibilities
- Restock hardware bins
- Restock and maintain inventory
- Organize and stage materials for production
- Assist with material intake and organization
- Support sewing operators with materials and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general production tasks as assigned
- Basic quilt marking
- Utility and floor support tasks, as needed
- Learn material specifications and product components
- Develop familiarity with sewing production processes
