Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Skilled in using various types of sewing machines, and hand sewing tools.
• Product knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently.
• Must wear the required PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cutting fabric and sewing them together to create patterns.
• Responsible for adjusting the length or size to fabrics.
• Performing quality control after product is finished.
• Constructing fabrics specified by customer.
• Using other tools like scissors or measuring devices.
• Report scrap daily.
• Clean up during shift as needed to be safe at end of shift.
• Set the highest ethical standards for self and others.
• Other duties as assigned.
