At The Aussie Plumber in Phoenix, AZ, we're hiring a full-time Sewer Sales - Install Plumber Technician who's ready to take control of their earning potential and step into a role where performance truly matters. Here, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $200,000 per year based on your results, backed by an uncapped bonus structure, a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 (contingent and pay out is structured over time) , and a full suite of benefits. You'll work consistent hours from 8 am–5 pm, with the option to work Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday. Requirements

5+ years of experience running residential service calls in your own van
2+ years of sewer sale and installation experience
Sewer sales, repairs, and installation work history is required

Nice To Haves

Lining and excavator experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate sewer and drain issues.
Run day-to-day plumbing and drain calls using snaking and cable equipment, hydrojetting systems, and advanced lining services.
Diagnose problems thoroughly.
Walk homeowners through clear repair or replacement options.
Confidently recommend the right solutions.
Carry out sewer line repairs and replacements with precision.
Ensure the job is completed to a high standard.
