About The Position

Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, a Liquid Environmental Solutions company, is hiring a Sewer Cleaning Technician with a Class A CDL. The position combines driving with hands-on sewer cleaning, inspections, repairs, and general labor. The technician operates and rotates among a variety of trucks and equipment to maintain clients’ sewer systems and provide service to residential, commercial, and municipal clients. Training and support are provided.

The company operates Monday through Friday from 2:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., or until the last scheduled jobs of the day are completed. Team members must cover their scheduled on-call rotations for emergency service response. The service area is typically within a 1½-hour radius of the Eastlake office, and projects take place year-round, both indoors and outdoors. The role involves scheduled and emergency-response work.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid Class A CDL.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Be able to lift 100–150 pounds.
• Have reliable transportation to the Eastlake office.
• Have mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and customer-first approach.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable working in all weather conditions and around non-hazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Operate hydro jets, vacuum trucks, pump trucks, dump trucks, and service vans.
• Diagnose and resolve drain-related issues.
• Assist excavation and repair crews as needed.
• Operate mechanical snakes and use power and hand tools to perform on-site work.
• Use video inspection and electronic line-locating equipment.
• Perform data entry using company-provided tablets.
• Maintain and clean vehicles, tools, and equipment.
