Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic math and blueprint-reading skills
• Willingness to learn ERP systems (IQMS)
• Ability to use cranes and stacking systems
• Ability to work hard and collaborate with others

Responsibilities

• Setting up and removing molds for production runs
• Cleaning and prepping machines to keep operations smooth
• Starting up equipment and making sure parts look great and run efficiently
• Teaming up with operators, sharing guidance, and stepping in when needed
• Keeping an eye on part quality, solving problems on the fly, and hitting production goals
• Staying safe and locked in (learning lockout/tagout procedures)
• Growing skills and contributing to a positive work environment
