About The Position

Younes Hospitality is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Setup Staff. This position plays an important role in ensuring our banquet and meeting spaces are prepared to exceed our guests' expectations. As a member of our Setup team, you will be responsible for setting up, tearing down, and maintaining banquet and convention spaces for meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special events. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and other event equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, stock, and maintain banquet and meeting rooms according to event specifications.
  • Complete the breakdown and cleanup of meeting and event spaces following each function.
  • Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure rooms are set up accurately and on time.
  • Assist guests with basic audio-visual equipment needs.
  • Work closely with the Banquet team to ensure successful event execution.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
