About The Position

Paramount Settlement Advisors is a leading settlement planning provider partnering with personal injury law firms to deliver planning-first solutions for plaintiffs and their families. Our work incorporates complex legal review, public benefit analysis, and planning strategies designed to protect clients’ long-term interests at the time of settlement and beyond. Our focus is to provide services that help ensure accurate and complete health insurance liens associated with personal injury recoveries, while supporting plaintiffs as they transition to life after settlement. Our lien resolution and settlement planning teams work closely together, so attorneys and plaintiffs receive clear, consistent guidance and can move through the settlement process with confidence. At Paramount, culture is the engine that powers our performance. We value sound judgment over shortcuts, clarity over convenience, and truth over comfort. Our goal is to help our clients achieve better outcomes and set best-practice standards in a profession where accuracy is as important as advocacy. We are seeking an experienced paralegal to become an integral part of our settlement planning team and support senior advisors. This role combines legal research and drafting, case management, and coordination with multiple external firms. This is a growth-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and is interested in building a long-term career within a law-adjacent, settlement planning field.
