Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in pre-litigation negotiation in a personal injury law firm setting.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills.
  • Strong familiarity with medical terminology and billing, personal injury law, and insurance procedures
  • Accountable for results

Nice To Haves

  • More than 6 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience.
  • Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
  • Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a preferred, but not required.
  • Some litigation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate personal injury settlements in both pre-litigation and litigation stages.
  • Regularly communicate with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers.
  • Analyze the value of personal injury cases based on medical bills, injuries, and other pertinent factors.
  • Work closely with attorneys and clients to strategize and implement negotiation tactics.
  • Maintain accurate case records, documenting all correspondence, conversations, and negotiations.
  • Uphold the firm's client-centered philosophy by providing outstanding service and compassion to our clients.
