About The Position

The candidate will provide additional technical support for a Program Manager (PM). The organization plans to deploy manufacturing and processing equipment in the field to test forward-deployed production capabilities using available materials. Testing will be coordinated with Service elements operating the tests in parallel with performers. The role requires a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) professional with experience in coordinating and running field trials. Expertise in materials and/or chemical processing is essential. The candidate must be able to critically evaluate, structure, and coordinate test plans, including day-to-day operations and safety-critical aspects. Experience interacting with Service elements and COCOMS is highly desired. The position requires the ability to travel to INDOPACOM and EUCOM, with travel potentially exceeding 50% in some months, and the ability to flex hours for varying time zones.

Requirements

  • Minimum Active Secret clearance required and must be TS/SCI eligible
  • SETA with experience in coordinating and running field trials
  • Expertise in Materials and/or Chemical processing
  • Ability to critically evaluate, structure, and coordinate test plans to include day to day operation and safety critical aspects
  • Experience interacting with Service elements and COCOMS
  • Ability to travel to OCONUS (INDOPACOM and EUCOM)
  • Ability to flex hours for varying time zones
