Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical SETA to support an innovative program office. You will provide technical and programmatic support for forward-deployed manufacturing and processing field trials, coordinating with Service elements and performers to test production capabilities in operational environments.

Requirements

Degree type in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
5+ years of relevant experience supporting DoD, or equivalent R&E programs
Experience coordinating and executing field trials for advanced technology development efforts
Expertise in materials processing and/or chemical processing
Experience developing, evaluating, and executing test plans, including safety-critical considerations
Experience working with Service elements and Combatant Commands (COCOMs)
Ability to operate in dynamic, forward-deployed environments with minimal oversight
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Active Secret required, TS/SCI eligible

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in a relevant technical field
Prior experience supporting rapid prototyping environments
Experience with forward-deployed or expeditionary manufacturing systems
Familiarity with operational test environments and logistics coordination
Experience supporting INDOPACOM and/or EUCOM mission sets
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across government, industry, and military organizations

Responsibilities

Provide technical and programmatic support for forward-deployed manufacturing and processing field trials
Coordinate with Service elements and performers to test production capabilities in operational environments
