Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical SETA to support an innovative program office. You will provide technical and programmatic support for forward-deployed manufacturing and processing field trials, coordinating with Service elements and performers to test production capabilities in operational environments.

Requirements

  • Degree type in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting DoD, or equivalent R&E programs
  • Experience coordinating and executing field trials for advanced technology development efforts
  • Expertise in materials processing and/or chemical processing
  • Experience developing, evaluating, and executing test plans, including safety-critical considerations
  • Experience working with Service elements and Combatant Commands (COCOMs)
  • Ability to operate in dynamic, forward-deployed environments with minimal oversight
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active Secret required, TS/SCI eligible

  • Advanced degree in a relevant technical field
  • Prior experience supporting rapid prototyping environments
  • Experience with forward-deployed or expeditionary manufacturing systems
  • Familiarity with operational test environments and logistics coordination
  • Experience supporting INDOPACOM and/or EUCOM mission sets
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across government, industry, and military organizations
