In this role, you will work behind the scenes bringing events of all sizes to life! You’ll be setting the stage, literally, for everything from elegant weddings to casual business meetings to massive conventions, helping transform empty ballrooms into unforgettable experiences as you set up and break down a variety of events – as no two days are the same! Work closely with the set-up crew, event service staff, and AV team to meet event deadlines and watch as an empty space transforms due to perfectly placed furniture and dedicated hard work. As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure event spaces are perfectly arranged according to specifications, creating a welcoming and seamless environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly enhance both guest satisfaction and the overall success of events.
