This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all team members. The position involves setting up and tearing down banquet rooms, transporting various equipment, managing waste disposal, and maintaining cleanliness of the banquet areas. The job also requires adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures, as well as knowledge of promotions and events.
